Step into spring with our latest survey results!

Here at Reliance Protect we are constantly improving our services and customer experience. One way we achieve this is through ongoing, high quality customer research because we know it’s essential that we understand what our customers and users need, how well our services are addressing those needs and what areas we can improve in.

We are proud to announce the latest results of our quarterly customer surveys. Here are a few highlights:

  • Top marks go to our customer support Service Desk team as they achieved as a minimum our 4.5 out of 5 excellence benchmark across all of the Service Desk areas.
  • The areas assessed include politeness, knowledge and helpfulness of staff, speed of action taken, satisfactory resolution of the issue, and overall satisfaction.
  • Typical feedback included:

”All staff have been very polite and friendly. When I have explained my problem, it has been speedily dealt with.”

”Issue resolved efficiently and with no fuss.”

”Always very polite and helpful.”

  • The Service Desk team were closely matched by our Training team, with users rating overall satisfaction across all of our training courses delivered face to face, webinar and elearning at 4.4 out of 5.
  • Users rated the Training team’s face to face training in the range 4.82 - 4.94 for knowledge, professionalism, politeness and helpfulness.  Well exceeding our service excellence benchmark of 4.5.
  • Typical feedback included:

”Excellent trainer and refresher content was well presented, thanks.”

”Liked how easy to understand and complete.”

Whilst there is always room to improve, we can demonstrate that investing in Reliance Protect’s lone worker solutions has a positive impact on our users.

  • 76% of respondents felt more valued by their employer as a result of the employer providing the Reliance Protect solution to them.

I feel safer in my day to day work, knowing I have the availability to use the red alert function and I am confident in the prompt response to my alert”
