Contract administration and management – A similar course to the Super users but also focuses on our customer portal.
There is a great deal of flexibility in how we deliver our courses to ensure maximum convenience and minimal day to day operational impact for our customers. On site face to face training is supported by web or telephone based sessions led by our trainers.
Our online e-learning platform provides a variety of courses through animation and videos, tracking the progress of every user and culminating in a test at the end.
