Users can activate an SOS Red Alert directly from their smartphone, immediately opening a two-way audio connection with our Alarm Receiving Centre. This enables trained operators to assess the situation in real time and escalate support when required.
Improved Check-In Monitoring
The app provides flexible check-in and check-out monitoring options, allowing users to set safety timers for individual tasks or entire shifts. If a check-out is missed, ARC operators proactively follow established escalation procedures to verify the user’s wellbeing.
Advanced Location Technology
Leveraging the latest smartphone technology, the app delivers accurate location information that helps support teams respond quickly and effectively during an incident.
Fall & Impact Detection
For organisations working in higher-risk environments, the app can utilise smartphone sensors to detect falls and impacts, ensuring help is alerted when it matters most. The app gives the user the ability to simply ‘fine tune’ the fall detection settings for their specific smartphone and day to day tasks and working environments.
