Reliance Protect was proud to sponsor the recent RCNi webinar focused on supporting nurses experiencing workplace violence and exploring effective prevention techniques, an event that delivered exceptional engagement and impact across the healthcare community. 

Workplace violence remains a significant and growing challenge for NHS staff, particularly nurses working on the frontline and in community settings. The webinar brought together expert voices to share practical guidance, raise awareness, and support organisations in creating safer working environments for healthcare professionals. 

The response to the session highlighted the importance of this topic with 913 NHS staff attending the webinar, listening to and engaging with 5 presenters. One of Reliance Protect’s largest customers, Tony Gray from Norfolk & Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust, presented around embedding safety practices and changing cultures. 

The attendance levels and engagement throughout the webinar reflect both the urgency of addressing violence against NHS staff and the sector’s appetite for meaningful discussion and practical solutions.
