Advanced GPS technologies provides quick and accurate locations outdoors coupled with the inclusion of WiFi technology for generating location positions indoors. WiFi locating overcomes the basic limitation of GPS based technologies that struggle and often do not work indoors.
Designed for demanding environments, the ID+ is a lone worker ID badge that features an IP67 waterproof rating, Fall Detection, and enhanced Wellfare Check tiumer based check-in and check-out functionality. The ID+ has all the safety features required for a range of demanding applications and environments.
Fully BS8484 compliant, the ID+ offers a long-lasting battery capable of up to 4 days of use between chargeing, ensuring lone workers stay connected and protected throughout their shifts.
How the ID+ Keeps Lone Workers Safe
Before entering a potentially risky situation, the lone worker can use the ID+ to check in at the beginning of their work day along with the details of the tasks to be performed.
If an alarm is raised or the device detects the user may be incapacitated, it automatically opens a two-way voice call with our in-house Alarm Receiving Centre. Operators receive the worker’s precise location, monitor the situation, and take the appropriate action to ensure help is quickly dispatched, giving both the user and their employer peace of mind.

GPS and WiFi
The ID+ combines the latest GPS technology with WiFi location technology to give a more accurate location when in restricted indoor environments. Whilst traditional personal safety devices rely solely on Global Positioning Systems (GPS) technologies, the ID+ quickly switches to the WiFi location technology providing an indoor location within seconds.
ID Badge Holder Form Factor
The most discreet form factor enables users to raise alarms safely without fear of exacerbating a situation. Wearing the ID+ as your normal ID badge holder means it is always to hand when you need to raise an alarm as a go to for lone worker protection.
Monitor Check In & Out
Users can check in before performing tasks of heightened risk or at the start of the working day. Check in at regular intervals to confirm you are safe. Check out when the task is completed or you have finished for the day. Failure to check out generates a Red Alert alarm and our alarm handling operators will contact you to check you are safe. This service can work even if the user goes out of mobile phone coverage.
Advanced Connectivity
ID+ utilises 4G connectivity to remain future proofed whilst also enabling the device to perform key alarm functions far quicker than traditional lone worker devices. Unlike traditional lone worker, making alarm calls and seeking location positions can now be performed in parallel with minimal delays. Bluetooth technology is also incorporated providing further potential connectivity options.

ID+ is built to withstand the toughest environments. Rated as iP67, ID+ is water proof and not just water resistant, and has a tough yet tactile plastic case.

Red Alert
The ID+ generates a two-way audio call with the Reliance Protect Alarm Receiving Centre whenever you feel at risk or want assistance.
Update voice memo (previously known as Amber Alert)
Leave verbal update recordings with our Alarm Receiving Centre, detailing location, nature of risks and tasks to be performed.
Fall and impact detection options
ID+ can detect falls and impacts, go into a pre-alarm stage and then escalate into a Red Alert alarm on the user’s behalf if the user is incapacitated.
Monitoring check in and out options
Users can check in and out covering situations of heightened risk. This could be a task with say a 30 minute timer, to covering a whole 9 hour shift. If the user doesn’t check out, the Alarm Receiving Centre will proactively contact the user and check they are safe. This function works even when the ID+ is out of mobile phone coverage.
Simple and clear device status LEDs
Easy to understand LEDs display the device status for battery charge and mobile phone signal strength, and whether the check in and/or fall and impact detection monitoring is active.
User feedback via discreet vibration patterns
ID+ also confirms certain actions through vibration patterns such as alarm activations and check in timer overdue.
Convenient charging dock and waterproof Micro-USB charging socket
Just drop ID+ into the charging dock and the LED light on the dock will tell you when it’s fully charged. Adding a USB-C socket adds convenience to allow charging if out and about.

Maximise the mobile phone coverage with a roaming sim card. The lone worker id badge will look to find the network with the strongest signal in areas where coverage may be poor.
Water proof – IP67 water and dust ingress protection
No need to protect the ID+ from the elements. ID+ can be submerged in water to 1m depth for over 30 mins and still function when removed.
Bluetooth connectivity
ID+ is future-proofed with Bluetooth connectivity opening the possibility of connecting with smartphones and devices such as cameras and health monitoring wearables.
Excellent battery life
