We are delighted to announce that Reliance has successfully retained its ‘Standards Exceeded’ certification under the NHS Data Security and Protection Toolkit (DSPT) for 2026/27.

The DSPT is the NHS’s recognised framework for assessing how organisations manage data security, information governance, and the protection of sensitive information. Achieving a ‘Standards Exceeded’ rating demonstrates a commitment not only to meeting requirements, but to going beyond them.
This year, the significance of that achievement is greater than ever. The public DSPT register now includes more than 91,000 NHS organisations, suppliers, contractors and partner organisations. Of these, only 5,114 organisations currently hold an in-date ‘Standards Exceeded’ certificate.
That places Reliance within the top 5.5% of organisations assessed under the DSPT framework.
For our customers, partners and stakeholders, this accreditation provides independent assurance that we continue to maintain robust controls around data security, governance, risk management and the handling of sensitive information. It reflects the rigorous processes, continuous improvement activities and security-focused culture embedded throughout our organisation.
As organisations across both the public and private sectors face increasing cybersecurity and data protection challenges, maintaining the highest standards of information security remains a key priority for Reliance. Retaining our ‘Standards Exceeded’ status demonstrates our ongoing commitment to protecting the information entrusted to us and supporting our customers with secure, trusted services.
We would like to thank everyone involved in achieving this important milestone and look forward to continuing to uphold the highest standards of security, compliance and operational excellence.
