Role

We’re looking for an experienced Account Development Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of key customer accounts. You’ll be responsible for developing long-term partnerships, driving account value, and ensuring customers receive industry-leading solutions that support safer working environments across a range of roles and risk profiles.

This is a strategic, customer-facing role where you’ll focus on retention, growth, innovation, and measurable ROI.

Your Responsibilities

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key customers, acting as a trusted commercial partner
  • Develop and deliver strategic account plans to grow revenue and maximise customer value
  • Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Ensure customers receive best-in-class, cost-effective solutions aligned to their operational needs
  • Lead regular account reviews, performance reporting, and improvement initiatives
  • Champion innovation by introducing new products, enhancements, and service developments
  • Present product demonstrations and future roadmap updates to customers
  • Work closely with internal sales, projects, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery

Your Competencies

Essential

  • Proven experience in account management or account development
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to drive account growth
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing multiple customer accounts
  • Confident presenting solutions and value propositions
  • Experience in B2B sales
  • Experience using CRM systems, accurate pipeline and forecasting
