Focus is a powerful and feature-rich secure, online portal putting our customers in full control of the services we deliver. Simplifying and accelerating a broad range of contract and user administration tasks, Focus also provides clear visibility into key management information such as device usage and user status, utilising real time data.

Focus sits within our ISO 27001 Information Security Management and Cyber Essentials infrastructure and accreditation ensuring secure log in, hosting and data storage.


Full Administration Capabilities

Focus provides all the functionality required to administer your contracts quickly and easily.

Focus makes administration control easy, whether the task at hand is setting up new users and allocating personal safety devices, redistributing existing devices in line with staff changes and restructures, logging devices awaiting reallocation as “spare” or ensuring department staff lists and alarm escalation contacts are accurate and up to date.

Shared devices can be allocated to individuals in seconds. Simple device diagnostic checks can be completed, and activity summaries, by device, can be viewed and easily understood.

Departmental cost codes can even be added to generate accurate billing for internal customer cross-charging.

Clear Visibility

The Focus management information tool gives full contract status visibility, shows devices at the customer’s disposal and their current usage and trends, and sets out Reliance Protect’s service delivery performance across key metrics.

Customers can drill into real-time data across all elements of device usage, by device, user, department or team, or across their entire contract. Devices and users can be ranked in league tables, and detailed analysis and red alert alarm trends can be assessed over time.

All tables, graphs and charts are date-range selectable and can be exported as PDFs, Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, and other popular formats.

All reports can be scheduled. Want scheduled reports by department or team for access only by those team leaders or managers?  No problem, this can be easily set up and managed.

We have designed Focus to be simple and intuitive to use, with pull-out help guides for most pages, and helpful videos. Hovering over key sections produces instant help pop-ups.
